HOW TO APPLY

Please make sure that you have read and understood our Refund and Cancellation Policy before paying the fees. In the event your circumstances has changed, then we will not refund the fees paid.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
APPLICATION PROCESS
 
1. Start by enrolling with us. Pay the course fees, complete the application form, and sign the necessary documents.

Bank Transfer – You may transfer your payments to our bank account below. Bank transfer from overseas might incur charges which will be shouldered by the students.

Credit Card – You may pay by Credit card on the link below which will incur a 2.8% processing fee. Students have to pay this and wait until the money clears in our account to confirm that payment has been received. Furthermore, once transaction has been made and confirmed, then cancellation is no longer possible.

2. After registration, we will prepare and submit your documents to the Ministry of Education (MOE). Please note that there is a queue for document submission.
 
3. Once we receive your visa letter from the MOE, we will contact you and inform you about your visa application process. 
 
 
If you are already in Thailand
📌 After the visa letter is issued, you can apply for a Non-Immigrant ED Visa at the Chaengwattana Immigration Office in Bangkok. We will guide you through the visa application process accordingly.

After submitting your ED visa application, you may be required to remain in Bangkok while it is under review. Officials may visit the school to complete standard verification procedures. If you are unavailable, it may affect your application.

Around 15 days after your visa application date, you can return to the Immigration Office to get your ED visa stamp.

If you are outside Thailand
📌 After the visa letter is issued, we will send it to you along with the other school documents that you need to submit for your visa application. You can apply for a Non-Immigrant ED Visa at your selected Thai consulate or embassy.
 
Upon entering Thailand, you will initially have a 90-day Non-Immigrant ED Visa.

Once your ED visa is issued, please wait for your class schedule, attend your classes as planned, and proceed with visa extension when applicable.

 
📌 This visa should be applied for outside Thailand. Requirements may vary depending on the Thai embassy or consulate in your chosen location, and additional financial criteria may apply.

Applicants are responsible for preparing their personal documents, contacting their selected Thai embassy, and submitting the application independently.
 
DTV Application Requirements:
 
1. Passport
2. Passport Photo
3. Document Showing Your Current Location
4. Evidence of Financial Assets
 
– Minimum of 500,000 THB (subject to embassy requirements)
– Bank statements, pay slips, or a sponsorship letter may be used as evidence
 
5. Proof of Muay Thai Course Enrollment
 
4. Once your ED visa is approved, wait for your class schedule, attend your classes as required, and extend your visa as needed.
