HOW TO APPLY
Please make sure that you have read and understood our Refund and Cancellation Policy before paying the fees. In the event your circumstances has changed, then we will not refund the fees paid.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Start by enrolling with us. Pay the course fees, complete the application form, and sign the necessary documents.
How to pay
Bank Transfer – You may transfer your payments to our bank account below. Bank transfer from overseas might incur charges which will be shouldered by the students.
Pay by Bank TransferCredit Card – You may pay by Credit card on the link below which will incur a 2.8% processing fee. Students have to pay this and wait until the money clears in our account to confirm that payment has been received. Furthermore, once transaction has been made and confirmed, then cancellation is no longer possible.
2. After registration, we will prepare and submit your documents to the Ministry of Education (MOE). Please note that there is a queue for document submission.
3. Once we receive your visa letter from the MOE, we will contact you and inform you about your visa application process.
ED Visa
If you are already in Thailand
📌 After the visa letter is issued, apply for a Non-Immigrant ED Visa at the Chaengwattana Immigration Office in Bangkok. We will schedule your visa application accordingly.

After applying for the ED visa, you must stay in Bangkok until your visa result is ready. Immigration Officers will visit the school to take a photo with you as part of the process. If you fail to show up, your ED visa will be denied.
Around 15 days after your visa application date, you will need to return to the Immigration Office by yourself to get your ED visa stamp.
If you are outside Thailand

Upon entering Thailand, you will initially have a 90-day Non-Immigrant ED Visa.
DTV Visa
📌 You must apply for this visa outside Thailand, and the Thai embassy or consulate in your chosen location may have additional requirements, including a higher minimum financial amount.

✅ Applicants are responsible for preparing all personal documents, contacting their chosen Thai embassy, and submitting the application themselves.
DTV Application Requirements:
1. Passport

3. Document Showing Your Current Location
4. Evidence of Financial Assets
– Minimum of 500,000 THB (may vary by embassy)
– Bank statements, pay slips, or a sponsorship letter can be used as evidence
5. Proof of Muay Thai Course Enrollment
4. Once your ED visa is approved, wait for your class schedule, attend your classes as required, and extend your visa as needed.
