REMINDER:
Please read and understand our Refund and Cancellation Policy before paying. The School primarily provides an education to students and does not sell visas. However, we strive to assist you in obtaining the visa to stay in Thailand smoothly. We do not offer refunds for changes in your personal circumstances after payment. If you change to another type of visa, you can still study with us.
1. Visa Application Timeline
For ED Visa, the Ministry of Education (MOE) will issue your visa letter only once. You must apply for your Education Visa within 2 months of its issuance. If you fail to apply within this timeframe and the letter expires, no refund will be given. However, you may still study with us with another type of visa.
2. Refund for Visa Denial/Rejection
If your ED/DTV visa application is rejected—whether in Bangkok, at a Thai embassy or Thai consulate outside Thailand, you may request a tuition fee refund.
However, a student processing fee of 10,000 THB will be deducted, and other fees such as material fees are non-refundable.
Important: To qualify for the refund, you must provide official proof of visa denial.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
• The payment is non-refundable once made, except for the specific cases mentioned above.
• Document Fees, Textbook Fees, and Photo Printing Fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided to students who miss any lessons or classes.
• Refunds will not be given to students whose ED/DTV Visas are cancelled by Immigration or the Ministry of Education.
4. Non-Transferable Payments
The applicant’s payment is non-transferable to other individuals.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will only be issued to the applicant. If you wish to release the money to another person or transfer it to a different account, a signed authorization form and an ID or passport copy of the receiver are required.
• Refunds are processed in a timely manner; however, they are not immediate and typically take approximately 30 to 45 days. Please note that an appointment is required to complete the process.
6. Course Application Validity
Once payment has been made, your course application is valid for 2 years. If you lose contact with us for more than 2 years, your application will be null and void, and you will need to re-enroll as a new student.
7. Student Conduct and School Policy
Our School reserves the right to review and potentially withdraw an application or visa if a student posts inappropriate or baseless comments about the school. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
